Gluten Free Mushroom Pasta Recipe

This creamy gluten free mushroom pasta recipe is a staple in my house and it only takes 15 minutes to put together. Bliss. 

I love the simplicity of pasta, have it on its own with garlic and olive oil. With meat, fish, or vegetables, with or without sauce, the list is endless. It is a go-to of mine in the winter months when I need a quick, comforting warm hug.

I equally love it in the summer paired with fish and a cool glass of wine. This gluten free creamy mushroom pasta is a staple in my house and only takes 15 minutes to put together. Bliss.

Gluten Free creamy mushroom pasta recipe

Are you ready to try my gluten free creamy mushroom pasta, then let’s go.

Ingredients – What do you need?

  • 170g (6oz) Gluten-free pasta
  • 170g (6oz) Mushrooms
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) creme fresh
  • 85g (3oz) Spinach
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions- What do you do?

  1. Cook the pasta for ten minutes or per the manufacturer’s instructions. Then drain.
  2. In a frying pan fry the mushrooms in a little butter or oil.
  3. Add in the creme fresh.
  4. Add the spinach leaves, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix and serve with garlic bread and salad.
