This creamy gluten-free mushroom pasta recipe is a staple in my house and it only takes 15 minutes to put together. Bliss.

- 170 g Gluten-free pasta
- 170 g Mushrooms
- 200 ml Creme fresh
- 85 g Spinach
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- Salt & Pepper
Cook the pasta for ten minutes or per the manufacturer's instructions. Then drain.
In a frying pan fry the mushrooms in a little butter or oil.
Add in the creme fresh.
Add the spinach leaves, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix and serve with garlic bread and salad.
