  • Food processer
  • Frying pan
  • Oven Tray

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 2-3 Slices of gluten-free bread
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 70 g Plain Gluten-free Flour
  • 1 Large Egg
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the chicken breasts into mini fillets.
  • Put the bread and spices into the food processor and pulse them into fine breadcrumbs. Add the salt and pepper.
  • Set up your coating station. On one plate put the flour, next the beaten egg on the third the breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each chicken goujon into the flour first followed by the egg then finally into the breadcrumbs.
  • Then fry each goujon in the frying pan for about 1 minute on each side and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake all of the goujons in the oven for 10 minutes at 180℃ until they are brown and crispy.
  • Serve how you wish, with a crunchy salad or in a sandwich with mayonnaise.
