Gluten-free breaded chicken goujons are such a tasty twist on the classic chicken nugget! They bring all the crunch and juiciness you love, minus the gluten, making them perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions.

2 Chicken Breasts 2-3 Slices of gluten-free bread 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 tsp Paprika 70 g Plain Gluten-free Flour 1 Large Egg Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Chop the chicken breasts into mini fillets.
Put the bread and spices into the food processor and pulse them into fine breadcrumbs. Add the salt and pepper.
Set up your coating station. On one plate put the flour, next the beaten egg on the third the breadcrumbs.
Dip each chicken goujon into the flour first followed by the egg then finally into the breadcrumbs.
Then fry each goujon in the frying pan for about 1 minute on each side and place on a baking tray.
Bake all of the goujons in the oven for 10 minutes at 180℃ until they are brown and crispy.
Serve how you wish, with a crunchy salad or in a sandwich with mayonnaise.
