Gluten Free Salsa

This gluten-free salsa is fresh, healthy and super easy to make. Welcome in the summer with my lovely salsa! Serve with, pitta or tortilla crisps.

- 600 g Fresh Tomatoes De-seeded and finely chopped
- 1 Large Green Chilli De-seeded and finely chopped.
- 1/2 Small Red Onion Finely chopped.
- 1 Garlic Clove Finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Corriander (cilantro) Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
De-seed and finely chop the tomatoes and green chilli.
Finely chop the red onion and crush the garlic, add to the tomato.
Finely chop the coriander and add to the bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice and add to the bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
Stir all the ingredients together and serve with tortilla crisps or pitta bread.
