This gluten-free salsa is fresh, healthy and super easy to make. Welcome in the summer with my lovely salsa! Serve with, pitta or tortilla crisps.

  • Chopping Board
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Citrus squeezer
  • Table Spoon

Ingredients
 
 

  • 600 g Fresh Tomatoes De-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Large Green Chilli De-seeded and finely chopped.
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 Garlic Clove Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Corriander (cilantro) Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • De-seed and finely chop the tomatoes and green chilli.
  • Finely chop the red onion and crush the garlic, add to the tomato.
  • Finely chop the coriander and add to the bowl.
  • Squeeze the lime juice and add to the bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
  • Stir all the ingredients together and serve with tortilla crisps or pitta bread.
