Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 2 Beef tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the beef tomatoes and arrange them on a platter.
  • Lay a piece of avocado slice on top of each tomato.
  • Top with a slice of mozzarella.
  • Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle with the fresh basil leaves.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
