Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 450 g Grass-fed minced beef
  • 1 Small red onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 4 Gluten-free brioche burger buns cut into half
  • Home-made BBQ sauce
  • 1 Large onion
  • 50 g Grated mature cheddar cheese
  • Little gem lettuce
  • Baby tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Place the minced beef into a large bowl with a beaten egg, herbs and mix thoroughly.
  • Finely chop a small red onion and add to the burger mixture.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and shape them into mini burgers
  • Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Finely chop some onions and fry until cooked.
  • Cook the burgers in a pan or on a hot BBQ for 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through.
  • Assemble your burger with the buns, onions, BBQ sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
