Scrumptious Gluten-Free Mini Beef Burgers

There’s nothing better than getting friends and family together for a good old BBQ when the sun’s shining, and my gluten-free mini beef burgers are just perfect.

450 g Grass-fed minced beef 1 Small red onion 1 Egg Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 1 tsp Italian herbs 4 Gluten-free brioche burger buns cut into half Home-made BBQ sauce 1 Large onion 50 g Grated mature cheddar cheese Little gem lettuce Baby tomatoes
Place the minced beef into a large bowl with a beaten egg, herbs and mix thoroughly.
Finely chop a small red onion and add to the burger mixture.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and shape them into mini burgers
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Finely chop some onions and fry until cooked.
Cook the burgers in a pan or on a hot BBQ for 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through.
Assemble your burger with the buns, onions, BBQ sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
