Gluten-Free Smoked Salmon Salad Tips:

Choose a good quality smoked salmon, as it’s the star of the dish, ensuring great flavor and texture.
Tear or slice the salmon into small, bite-sized pieces rather than keeping large chunks, so it combines wonderfully with the other salad ingredients.
Incorporate fresh, crisp elements like thinly shaved fennel or cucumber, and mild red onion for a lovely texture contrast and balanced flavors.
Consider adding cooked potatoes or gluten-free pasta for a more filling salad, especially if serving as a main meal.
Dress the salad simply with fresh lemon juice or a light herb dressing like dill or balsamic vinegar to enhance but not overpower the delicate salmon.
Prep some ingredients in advance, such as cooking and cooling potatoes or boiling eggs, to save time before serving.
Experiment with additions like avocado, feta, or fish roe for extra creaminess and bursts of flavor within your gluten-free salad.
