Melting moments were a staple when I was growing up they are sooo easy and quick to make. With various different options you will never get bored. A great one for children’s parties and can be given as an edible present as they look really lovely when decorated.
This loaf is wonderfully colourful, filling and tasty. The feta cheese gives a slightly salty flavour while the squash and spinach keep the loaf moist. Eat it with cold meats, salad or soup for a warming meal on a cold day.
